你身處的是地下劇場。除了生產牛奶，舊牛奶公司亦供應牛扒、家禽肉類和澳洲進口的凍肉，經車房運到這裡加工。凍肉切割後，便會送到隔壁的零售店（今奶庫）出售。

 

翻新工程進行前，這裡的地板較高、樓底較矮，讓長年可以保持低溫，到處掛着凍肉也不變壞。

You’re now in the Underground Theatre. As well as producing milk, the Dairy Farm also supplied steak, poultry and frozen meat imported from Australia. All of these items were transported from the garage to this space for processing before being delivered to the nearby retail shop (Fringe Dairy) for sale.

 

Before the renovations, the floor was higher and the ceiling was lower. For many years, this space was kept at a constant low temperature so that the frozen meat could hang from the walls without turning bad.
