天台花園是全幢建築物的最高點。這裡見證了不同時期的變化，當中包括大型的翻新和延展工程、一樓牛奶公司大班的住所辦公室和地面鋪位的擴建。

 

白天時，只要向下望，便能看見工人們把冰塊從雲咸街推上貨倉，舉步維艱。晚上的景象截然不同。這區的住客主要是外國人，他們喜歡到蘭桂坊的花檔為心儀的對象選購鮮花。生活模式有天淵之別！

The Rooftop is the highest point of the building. This building has undergone remarkable changes, including major renovations and extensions, the expansion of the Taipan’s residence on the first floor, and the development of the retail shop on the ground floor.       

 

When people looked down from the Rooftop during the day, they could easily see workers pushing the ice manually up from Wyndham Street to the Depot. But at night, the scene changed. Most of the residents in this district were foreign men, who liked buying flowers at the stalls in Lan Kwai Fong before visiting their favourite ladies. It was a big difference in lifestyle!
